Annual individual ticket for self-guided tour of the National Museum of the History of Ukraine and the Treasury of the National Museum of the History of Ukraine for 1 person – 500.00 UAH.
Annual family ticket for self-guided tour of the of the National Museum of the History of Ukraine and the Treasury of the National Museum of the History of Ukraine for 2 adults + 2 children under the age of 18 – 1500.00 UAH.
Free admission for preferential categories on the last Monday of the month (the main building, 2 Volodymyrska Street) and the last Wednesday of the month (the branch of NMIU, the Treasury, 9 Lavrska Street).
Free-admission visitors: students of higher and secondary educational institutions of Ukraine, preschoolers, schoolchildren, pensioners of Ukraine, people with disabilities.
The right to free admission have orphanage and boarding school children, employees of museums of Ukraine, members of ICOMOS and ICOM, guide-interpreters of travel companies with whom contracts for excursion services are made and who provide excursion translation, and an accompanying person for an organized group (more than 10 people) of schoolchildren or students.

The rules apply to all visitors to the National Museum of History of Ukraine, regardless of citizenship, gender, religion, age and purpose of visiting the museum.
If a visitor breaks these rules, they will have to leave the Museum. In this case, the fee for tickets and tour services doesn’t be refunded. Such situation is unpleasant for both the visitor and the Museum staff, so we hope that you’ll follow our requests.

On weekends (Saturday-Sunday) and public holidays, as well as during non-working hours (Monday-Sunday from 6.00 to 10.00 and from 17.00 to 21.00), the tariffs for services are doubled.
The minimum time for which payment is made in full (the first hour and more than 20 minutes of additional shooting or events before its completion).
Video, TV and film shooting on the territory and in the interiors of the museum is allowed with the permission of the Director General and is carried out on the terms of the contract or on the terms of transactions that may be provided orally. The cost of filming may increase due to the provision of additional services by the museum in accordance with the concluded agreement or on the terms of transactions that may be provided orally.

The provision of services for the organisation and holding of cultural and scientific events is subject to the permission of the Director General of the Museum. In the premises of the museum’s exhibition, the event is approved by the Chief Custodian.
The services are provided on contract terms or on the terms of transactions that may be provided orally. The cost of services may increase due to the provision of additional services by the museum in accordance with the concluded agreement or on the terms of transactions that may be provided orally.

Services for organising and holding exhibitions are provided with the permission of the Director General of the Museum in agreement with the Deputy Director General for Scientific Work and the Chief Custodian

Oral expert consultation lasting up to 1 hour – 200.00 UAH.
Written expert consultation, review, historical reference – 400.00 UAH (2,500 characters).
On-site oral consultation of a specialist within Kyiv for up to 1 hour – UAH 600.00.
Individual internship on restoration, exhibition and storage work – 500.00 UAH / working day.
Group internship on restoration, exhibition and storage work (group of 3 to 5 people) – 350.00 UAH per person / working day.
Individual internship on the examination of cultural property – 1,000.00 UAH per working day.
Group internship on the examination of cultural property (group of 3 to 5 people) – 700.00 UAH per person/working day.
The cost of practical classes at the museum for students of higher educational institutions is according to the contract.
The museum management reserves the right to refuse to provide internship and advanced training services.
